After 15 years, the construction and renovation of bathrooms was introduced due to an increase in enquiries via the established customer base and longstanding business and referral partners. In particular, real estate agents have been and continue to be, a strong referral source for new and ongoing business.
The strategic decision to not work with, or for, builders is due to a historically poor record of not being paid on time or in some cased, not being paid at all. Builders also had unrealistic expectations and demands. This, compared with the ease and reliability of the work that stems from the real estate referrals and private customers, has determined the company’s strategic path to where it now sees approximately 70% of all orders originate from real estate agent referrals, 20% from private customers and 10% from other sources. Real estate agents and private customers are also more willing to provide online references and feedback via Google reviews etc, which results in a positive online presence that in turn attracts more clients.
